Utility

EMILIA is the governance token for the Emilia DAO. Token holders have voting rights to guide development decisions. EMILIA also influences agent fees and related discounts. Currently, there are no additional fees for using Emilia to execute trades. However, in the future, fees may be collected per trade and could be distributed to EMILIA holders, used for token buybacks, or allocated through other means.

Token Distribution:

  • 20% of tokens airdropped to all MOLTEN & UNIDX holders.

  • 5% of the tokens is for POL and growth in LPs.

  • 5% of the tokens is allocated to Team + Marketing. The rest is fairly distributed during the Virtual's IAO event. No insiders, no VCs, no random DAOs.

Airdrop Details:

As mentioned above, 20% of the supply is dedicated towards the Molten/UniDex ecosystem. This is held in the vesting contract at 0x0b0F623eCfA2032882b1163a208AC360554d49D3. () Claiming the airdrop vest is not automatic. One that is eligible must claim the stream, and that allows them to start vesting their airdrop linearly over 2 months. This ensures fair distribution without worrying about a large portion of the supply entering the market. If a vesting stream isnt claimed within 2 months, the address is not longer eligible to claim the airdrop. Vesting also starts at the time the address has claimed their stream. So if a user waits until the last day to claim their airdrop, then they will have to wait 2 months to fully vest their airdrop.

UPDATE: The airdrop claim has now expired with 51% of tokens being claimed. The remaining tokens will be returned to the original owner address for new possibly incentives, marketing initiatives, or other upcoming programs.

Buy Back & Burn: 80% of fees that are collected from protocol fees (from the Emilia Dapp) are used for buying back the EMILIA token and burning it from the supply. These fees are collected in the 0x76cB1Dac62A243386BaED08bc8fb1eE01fE78364, which are then moved cross chain to base every day at 00:00 UTC if the fees sitting in the wallet are above $5.
